Hero & Dakota Pups 4 Weeks Old
Now four weeks old, we took the puppies from Hero and Dakota's litter outside today. The new environment of the great outdoors didn't slow them down one bit.

Another exciting development at Candle Hill is the arrival of Mica Vom Clingan Haus.
Mica
We picked her up at the airport just last Wednesday. She is from a litter which I have been following all summer. Here is the exciting thing: her mother is Hero's littermate, Reyna Van den heuvel. We are delighted to add yet another dog from Hero's fantastic lines out of the reknowned Norbo Ben Ju. If Mica is any indication of the pups in this litter, they are going to be a lot of fun. She is full of pep, lots of retrieve drive, even picking up big sticks like Hero likes to do, lots of tug drive, but she is also a cuddler...so long as nothing else moves. We haven't even had her a week yet, but she has wiggled her way into our hearts and home.
