Gerta is out of West German and Czechoslovakian lines in direct lineage to the great producers of both countries. She is a 100% sort of dog: 100% energy, 100% affection, 100% intensity in tracking. She is sweet and good with children. Though she is working on her Schutzhund titles, to Gerta the world is a friendly place. Things that might rattle other dogs do not bother Gerta. When given a bath, she hops in the tub and takes a drink. When a loud sound goes off, she is first in line to check it out. For Gerta, fun is where the action is.
