Do Candle Hill Shepherd German Shepherds Get Along With Other Dogs?

Original photo from Emilie H who has had four Candle Hill Shepherds. Here are two of her current dogs, Aslan, Ranger x Ember 2025, and Big Star, Valiant x Hazel 2022. Emilie couldn't resist taking a photo after waking up herself to see her sleepy pups holding paws. These are two male dogs, one of which is unneutered. Love the temperament!
From Lynn B, Jan 3, 2026, "We had 2 CHS males 1 year apart in age that were best buddies until Echo passed in July at age 11. The protection trainer said they would probably fight as they got older but they never even thought about it… they had the best temperament ! Love CHS!" Lynn has had four Candle Hill Shepherds and is soon to bring home her fifth.
From Jeanine, Jan 3, 2025, who has had four Candle Hill Shepherds, "CHS are so well bred and socialized during puppy time that I have never ever had any of mine fight. They have always been best friends. I have three males right now and never a cross look from any one of them. They play ball together, eat together and sleep together. A true testament to Elizabeth and her breeding program for sure."
From Christine H, 1/3/2025, whose family had two Candle Hill Shepherds, "My family was just discussing tonight how well Willow and Meadow got along during their lifetimes despite both being females and intact for approximately half their lives. I've never heard of other German shepherd bloodlines consistently getting along with other dogs the way Candle Hill Shepherds do."
