Hooray for Tobbs and Ranger on their International Championship titles, earned by the assessment of three prestigious judges, two International Judges, including one from Brazil, and one American, AKC Judge. Each judge rated each dog on each portion of their conformation, from teeth and ears to their tippy toes. Each dog was considered to merit the V-1 rating, the highest rating awarded for excellent conformation.
