This is my usually comical Maggie, ever ready to play! I had hip replacement surgery a few weeks ago and at the point when I was not particularly mobile, my brother came to walk her. She woke from her nap when she heard a noise, and immediately came to my side, in a noticeably protective stance. She relaxed as soon as she heard his voice; he had no idea how close he came to “the other side” of her!

Elizabeth, you assured me she would always assess a situation and her response would always be measured, and you were so right! Thank you so much for raising such wonderful dogs!!!
