Candle Hill Shepherds LLC is a German Shepherd breeding program valuing health, temperament, and puppy enrichment with the goal of producing well balanced German Shepherds characterized by courage, loyalty, and intelligence. Our goal is to produce a dog a burglar will run from, but a child can hug.

MERCY VON HOFFNUNG CGC, RN is the very special puppy we kept from Valiant and Hazel, 2022. Mercy is almost of a clone of her grandmother, Little Bear. This pedigree brings forward the best of Candle Hill Shepherds: Cardinal, Piper, Max, Wessa, and Tag, and Little Bear. Mercy has a delightful strong, yet loving and calming presence. She has been a joy to train and has started making her mark in the world of Dog Obedience, Rally, and Agility.
