He had the very best temperament. He was every single thing Elizabeth promised me he would be, but he was even more. He was so patient with our five children pulling on him and being rambunctious around him. He was best friends with my oldest son, they loved romping around the farm together. He even used to pull the kids on sleds through the snow! He was the most beautiful animal I have ever seen truly, he was strong, he was loyal, and so incredibly loved.
